A service to remember…

On the shortest day of the year, a short service was held to remember the lives of people who had experienced homelessness and had, so sadly, died in 2021.

The moment of reflection was led by Gareth, the minister, at Plymouth Methodist Central Hall.

“We take a moment of stillness to remember those we have known and loved.  In their memory, we light candles to recognise their humanity and value.”

Plymouth soup run is a community and faith driven service providing free food and hot drinks to homeless, hungry and vulnerable people 365 days a year.
