In 2021, for the first time, we launched a reverse advent calendar appeal and the response from local firms, families, neighbourhood groups and individuals was amazing.
Throughout December and into January people were delivering their boxes to us and a team of volunteers was out and about collecting boxes from people unable to deliver them.
The amount of donations we received meant that not only were we able to give people additional items over the Christmas period but we now have plenty of toiletries, pot noodles, hair accessories, breakfast bars, socks, gloves, hats and socks to see us through the next couple of months.
